These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 8e883 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 8e883 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, and all related services at 8e883.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the 8e883 platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

• Update your account information promptly whenever any registered detail changes, including your email address or contact number.

8e883 reserves the right to conduct KYC verification on any account at any time. This may require submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or documentation confirming your payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by 8e883 support may have deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility suspended until the process is complete.

• 8e883 applies no withdrawal fee on standard transactions. You are responsible for any fees charged by your own payment provider or network operator.
• 8e883 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds, particularly where deposit amounts are unusually large or where account activity triggers compliance review thresholds.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) are converted to platform balance at the exchange rate confirmed at the time the deposit is received on-chain. 8e883 is not responsible for value fluctuations between the time of sending and the time of confirmation.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 8e883 reserves the right to freeze withdrawal requests pending investigation. Funds determined to be proceeds of fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Players who believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly must notify 8e883 support within 72 hours of the transaction date. Claims submitted beyond 72 hours may not be eligible for correction.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

8e883 offers a welcome bonus to new players, along with reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In all cases the following general bonus rules apply.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on 8e883 welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount — meaning a player who receives a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

• 8e883 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice where required by operational or compliance reasons. Players who have already claimed an active promotion will not be adversely affected by a mid-promotion withdrawal.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on 8e883. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using or attempting to use software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, transfer chips, or share information in live games in a way that distorts fair competition.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or assisting any third party to do so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including fraud, theft, or unauthorised use of a third party's payment credentials.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — initiating a chargeback through your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering. 8e883 actively pursues chargebacks and reserves the right to recover funds through legal means.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches, or misconfigured odds in a systematic way. Winnings arising from exploited errors are void and will not be paid.
• Engaging in harassment, threats, or abusive communication directed at 8e883 support staff or other players through any platform communication channel.

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. 8e883 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether conduct not explicitly listed constitutes a breach of these Terms, and to apply appropriate sanctions where such a determination is made.

Account Suspension and Termination

8e883 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred, that the account is being used by an ineligible person, or that continued operation poses a risk to the platform's integrity or to other players.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be reviewed. Balances from legitimate play not associated with the breaching activity may be returned at 8e883's discretion. Balances associated with the breach — including bonus funds, winnings from prohibited conduct, and funds deposited via third-party payment methods — will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical maintenance, third-party service provider issues, or circumstances beyond 8e883's reasonable control, including network outages, government actions, or natural events.
• Any loss suffered as a result of a player's failure to maintain adequate security of their account credentials, including losses from unauthorised access by a third party.
• Decisions made by certified RNG-driven game software operating within published parameters. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information subsequently found to contain an error, where 8e883 takes reasonable steps to correct that error upon discovery.

Amendments to These Terms
